WA: Teenager to be first overseas ambassador for foundation

A Perth Rotary club -- which assisted grieving parents from the Swiss canyoning disaster-- will send a teenage exchange student to Switzerland to promote the foundation.

Rotary exchange student 17-year-old ZOEY IRVIN leaves for Switzerland tomorrow, promisingto act as ambassador for the Healing Hearts Foundation.

The Perth girl says one of her first tasks will be to visit a memorial for the 21 victimsof the Interlaken tragedy.

The memorial was set up by the Healing Hearts Foundation at the entrance to the gorgein which they died.
