Vic: Kelly armour comes together for first time since Glenrowan

MELBOURNE, Feb 27 AAP - Bushranger Ned Kelly's armour is being brought together forits first public outing since the Glenrowan siege.
The mask, shoulder and breast plates, together with one boot worn during Kelly's finalconfrontation with police, form part of a free exhibition in the State Library of Victoria.
Clare Williamson, co-curator of Kelly Culture: Reconstructing Ned Kelly, said the armour,which Kelly wore when his gang held the townspeople of Glenrowan hostage in Anne Jones'hotel in June 1880, was almost destroyed.
